I’ve been debating this for a week now and have finally decided to move the techomnivore blog here from blogspot.

While I like the simplicity of Blogger, I was outgrowing it. I didn’t like the template and everything I did to it made it worse. When I checked out templates online, everything was made for WordPress. Besides templates though, I wanted the ability to have the blog entries on the main page short with a link to the full entries and WordPress does that. I also like how WordPress uses categories versus tags — really makes sense — instead of having a million labels, there’ll be just a few categories and as many tags as needed. There are integrated site stats, spam protection, trackbacks, and “regular” pages…
